Great experience every time. Women are good with children. Prices are high but it’s in line with the new kids prices everywhere. I also don’t like being subjected to other children that are tender headed or don’t want their hair done. First visit scared my very young g daughter. An older girl was going crazy, flipping, screaming, urinated in the chair. It was traumatizing to watch. That mother was there and was trying to help. The hairstylist was being so kind and patient. She just may need a separate room. We came back a second time and it was way more calm. But a staff member had a young child that wandered to the front door alone. I would not advise anyone to bring their child to this place. They are very unprofessional in the worst way. I had a 10am appointment that was confirmed in my email by the owner. I get there with my granddaughter and they were closed and the hours of operation on the site is incorrect. The sign on the window say they open at 11am. I left and the owner called me back apologizing and wanted to offer me a huge discount on her hair. I took the risk in bringing her back and wish I hadn't done that. The young lady that she assigned to do my granddaughter's hair decided to half wash her hair and tried to do it in cold water. You never know when they open, closed or what. Went by last week well before the holiday everything was closed and locked up. Called several times today, voicemail. The braiders there do a pretty good job but its the unreliability of the place. Plus each time youll get a different price theres just no other options around if you don't know anybody that does hair.

An appropriate salon for kids. I’ve heard about the BRAT BOX for a while but I was fortunate enough to get the opportunity with my 5 year old daughter for a back to school style. Bianca the stylist was friendly, creating and overall patient. My child was not the quietest in the chair and I appreciate the stylist remaining professional. The style obviously came out perfect. Great experience overall. Thanks.

Clean enviornment with a chill atmophere... My Dear Daughter felt like royalty! I was able to drop her off and had the oppurtunity to have some, Me time. I truly enjoyed our Stylist and will be back. . 𝗖𝗼𝗻 - I am used to hair being factored into the cost of the hair style. Here... The salon charges per pack for added hair. Leaving me with hair to take home. Additionally, the hair that was used to create the curly end wasn't the best. It was hard to manage after Day 3.
