I’m leaving a low rating because of my experience with the stylist’s professionalism. Her braiding skills are phenomenal, and she is clearly talented. However, I was disappointed with how my appointment was handled. I made sure to follow all of the recommendations outlined on her website, but unfortunately, the same level of consideration wasn’t extended to me. I booked an appointment for my 4-year-old to have her hair braided for Christmas. I paid the deposit, washed and blow-dried her hair, and arrived 10 minutes early for the appointment. Upon arrival, I was told to either come back the next morning, return in an hour, or leave my daughter there – all of which were very inconvenient options. I live an hour away from Savannah and carefully rearranged my work schedule to ensure I could

New to the area, and I had been concerned about finding a hair braider without being disappointed. However, I was absolutely pleased with my hair she did an excellent job and delivered exactly what I asked for. By far the most neatest braids I’ve ever had. I’ll definitely be returning!! Thank you!

Unprofessional. Clients have to abide by policies and a 24 hour cancellation rule?? , however 20-30 mins before appointment asked me to reschedule ,ok cool but on the rescheduled date canceled a hour before. Being that I arranged my whole schedule to accommodate the stylist when I paid a deposit and booked on her site based on when she was available and was not able to receive service with either day with little communication i wouldn’t recommend. And when it’s for the deposit to be sent back it’s crickets

By far the best!!! I will not let anyone else braid my hair! My braids are always beautiful and flawless! I get so many compliments and my braids always last well over 3 months (no exaggerations). She’s prompt and very professional. The work space is nice, clean and comfortable. Tavi, is very accommodating and will work with your schedule as well if she’s booked! I love the service she provides.

Octavia is so talented. She is a phenomenal braider. Although this was my first appointment with her, she felt welcoming and familiar. Her team works well together to get the clients in and out. The atmosphere was enjoyable. I look forward to returning. I intend on Octavia being my go to braider from here on out!!
