I had a 75-minute massage with Alina Escoda yesterday as an early birthday gift for myself and a way to destress and regulate after starting a new job with a long commute by car. Alina's demeanor was extremely calm and gentle, and she was able to pivot to more of a "relaxation" massage although I booked a deep tissue. We spoke about my tendency to intellectualize my feelings rather than process them on a somatic basis, and she helped me with some energetic grounding as well. She also let me know which chakras seemed activated or blocked which all resonated with my current struggles. Overall, I was very happy with my experience. I even booked a follow up in 6 weeks, which I never do! I would absolutely recommend Alina to friends and family.

Elaine is truly exceptional at what she does. I have had a lot of massage therapy in the past but she is truly one of the best at her skill I have experienced. She has an intuitive way of knowing exactly what your body needs and the sessions are deeply healing. I always leave feeling lighter, more relaxed, and noticeably have less pain than when I arrive. A restorative experience! I can’t recommend Elaine highly enough!
