Phenomenal experience every time I visit this shop! The customer service is great and the prices are quite reasonable! I have been here 5 or 6 times I believe! Will return!

I went to get my hair braided this past Sunday and this was the worst experience I've ever had. I have the young lady a picture and asked could she do it, she assured me she could. My hair looks nothing like the picture. I asked several times can you do this and she said yes. I called the owner and she stated I could come back. I'm have a procedure on Wednesday that's why I wanted braids. This is sad, don't go there

I when there three times the first time was a great 👍 experience, my hair looked great. The second time was great. The third time someone else did my hair, she pulled out almost all my hair, while taking the crochet hair out and lying said the hair was dead hair that's why it came out.I will never go back. Very angry and unhappy customer 😠 😡

I have been here several times. They have reasonable prices! They protect the edges by leaving them out and not gripping the scrap. They offer great customer service and a comfortable experience!

I asked for BoHo braids, which are supposed to be full. You can see the hair more than the braids. I literally got regular braids with a couple of strings on each braid. You could see so much in my scalp. I basically paid for Boho braids, but got regular box braids.
