I was a walk in for a retwist and style Friday night I arrive at 6:30 I was re-twist it and put it under the dryer 35 minutes later my twists were not even tight or had been re-twisted correctly I was put back under the dryer for another 20 to 30 minutes the owner then decided to help retwist once again I asked for a style and showed multiple pictures my hairstyle was not worth the $60 that I was charge I stated that I will come back the next day to get it fixed because it was unacceptable the next day I go they are telling me how they want my hair to be instead of asking for more pictures or what they could do for me the owner was very rude nasty attitude told me to return in the next day but didn’t service me or refund it was a terrible experience they just ruined my whole Saturday and I

I had a horrible experience at this braid shop they very unprofessional!! I had showed the owner 2 days before my appointment what styled I wanted and she said it was fine and quoted me the price. The appointment day arrived and it took them 30 mins to start on my hair after being seated in the styling chair due to discussing if my style was possible after being shown the same picture 2 days prior to my appointment. Then came the price change supposed due to adding box braids in the back of my hair. In addition to inconsistent pricing. The stylist talked laffed stopped while in the middle of braiding and ate food while braiding my hair. And in addition the ower asked for my money prior to them even finishing my hair bc she was going home. I started to walk out amd not allow them to finish

If I could give no stars I would. They played in my hair . And made me pay for a style I did not want. Picture is what I got vs what I asked for . I removed them same day and went else were . Horrible.these reviews are true.

Great overall experience from the staff! Received knotless braids from Mary. She was very friendly and treated my hair as if it was hers. I have thick hair and a It’s been a while since I’ve had braids so I was preparing for the pain! Needless to say Mary was very gentle and attention to detail. I prefer quality braids and let me tell you, Mary is top notch. Thanks ladies!

STAY AWAY!!! They have really fell off n don’t care about your hair.. Rushing trying to finish your hair and getting your money.. UNPROFESSIONAL!!!
