Bioncaa was very professional. Reached out directly before the appointment to confirm hair color. She asked about what my daughter’s expectations were. Her area where she works is organized, clean, and was ready to start when we arrived. My daughter was very pleased with how her hair turned out. She had no complaints. Looking forward for her next visit.

I would have given NO stars but that's wasn't available. Took my stepson to her to have his hair done in a 2 strand twist in June. She requires for his head to be untwisted washed and dried. We did that no problem. Took him today hair washed and dried as well as combed out and now all of a sudden she wants to say I have to charge your extra because his hair isn't combed out. She is trying to hustle extra money
