I’ve been coming to this establishment for years. It’s truly been hit or miss depending on the braider. Back in April, I got a boho knotless bob (see first picture) and it was the best experience I’ve had—finished in a timely manner, and the boho hair was properly installed with no shedding. The only issue was that by week three, the human hair began to matte, which forced me to take it out early. I even brought my own hair for the next visit because of that. I returned on May 17th to get the exact same style. I arrived at 7:00 AM sharp, and within the first 15 minutes, I was shuffled between three different chairs. Do not use them!!! They are ripping off people!!! They charged me $260 for foolery!!! Been a customer for years and this is my worse experience I rushed out the shop and didn’t think to check on my hair because I’ve been using them for years and I trusted that my hair was done properly , this is the results I saw when I got home, boho thin, braids in the back were parted big and braided small and ends are uneven for $$260!!! They are starting to feel themselves a little too much with the crowd and highlight their getting and is doing rubbish in people’s head…

Rosin is always my go to when it comes to cornrow styles or butterfly braids !!! She is incredibly skilled, gentle, and pays close attention to detail. These braids, like all the other styles she has done for me came out neat, beautiful, and exactly how I envisioned them. The whole process was smooth from start to finish, especially because I made an appointment for her in advance. I’ve gotten so many compliments per usual with her work—highly recommend!

Rona is the BEST!!! I went to her today to get my NATURAL hair done with no added hair. My hair is fine and she made my twist look full and fluffy and shape my face how i like😁 she is not heavy with products and also has a great spirit about her. Very easy to talk to and listen to how you want your hair. I didnt feel not one piece of hair break when she did my parting unlike some other stylist! She is a real professional, kind, and works fast❤️
