Braids by Patience Hair Braiding

I love my braids. My hair was braided in less than 2 hours for a medium mid back knotless with clean part and perfect size. I highly recommend.

Good luck if you decided to go here! Pictured is my hair after two days. I was told this was human hair and had to pay extra for it. Supposedly this was the only kind of hair they offered. Waited 30 mins to get in the chair. Here’s what $320 will get you if you get boho braids. Also the owner (Patience) seemed to not care about my concerns. Here’s was here response once I made her aware of the hair coming out and shedding : Hello, I make sure I explained very well to my clients what they will be having,it's price and everything and it is in our text and the first time i get something new i try it on myself before using on my clients. You choose the Brazilian which non of my clients has ever complained about. Check our text you will understand how the extra $20 came about. I did not force

So disappointed, they do not care about the health of your hair at all. I literally had to ask the "stylist" to stop drying (ripping out) my hair mid service and I left with my hair still damp because that's how terrible of a job she was doing. I've visited three times for simple cornrows (never a wash and blow dry) and I will never return.

My head is my crown and when I say they are good and caring I mean it. Before they started I was told to let them know if they are braiding tight that's a plus and I will be back. $160 medium midback hair included.

I'm very disappointed with the quality of my twists. I sent the owner pictures of my twists the next day to complain (the twists are thick at the root and thin at the ends and overall look nothing like the inspo pic), only for her to call and speak to me in an incredibly rude tone. I told one of the braiders at the time that I was disappointed. The next day she denied that I ever said that. I had to rush and leave for an event. Otherwise, I would have asked them to take them out right then and there. I'll never be back. Their prices are also unreasonable.
