I LOVE Braids by Desire! Excellent customer service, clean salon, and fast service. I’ve been coming here for almost a year, and so proud of Desire’s growth. BEST braid shop in the DMV!
Unprofessional n rude. They talk shit about you in French when u tell them what u want . I had the worse experience ever. Different braiders on ur hair talking shit about you n u end up having uneven braids . The worse is the owner did nothing about her braiders being so disrespectful n unprofessional.
Do not go to this place this place is bullshit. The braiders started talking shit about me in another language not knowing that I understand very well this language. They are so unprofessional and rude . My experience was horrible. Never again!!
