I called and booked an appointment the same day. I was lucky because since the moment I walked in, the phone stayed ringing from people trying to get in. 2 women took turns braiding my hair. I got mid back box braids that turned out beautifully. I'm very happy. The pricing was good and they are very consistent because 90% of the women there were getting the same thing... just different colored hair.. which really changed the look on each person. 5 stars for easy of booking my Appointment, for their skill level, and overall outcome. Ask for pricing before they begin. I know you'll be satisfied!

I have gone to this shop for years. I have witness the service and customer service change. Seems all the great braiders are gone. I notified Bah of being unpleased with the out come of my braids no reply. This is the same day service. I will also post what the work use to look like.

DO NOT give them your business! Customer satisfaction is not their priority. The first time I went, I requested tribal braids and was very pleased. Four weeks later, my second appointment to get the cornrows redone was AWFUL. When I was finally able to see my braids, the first thing I noticed was that my part in the middle wasn't straight and the row of braids on the right were not aligned with the left. I brought it to her attention and even showed her a picture of what it looked like from the previous visit. Instead of giving me proper customer service, she was extremely rude and called me aggressive, when in fact she was the one being very defensive about the careless work she had done. I’ve read the bad reviews but I still wanted to give them a chance because I know someone who likes it here. I think my hair turned out OK but I understand why they have such bad reviews. The owners daughter was nice but after she left they were rude and rough with my hair. The person who completed my braids didn’t even spray any oil or anything on it when she was done. She tried to pull it back but I told her just to leave it I was tired of her yanking my head around. You can tell the difference in the behavior when the owner and her daughter are in the building.

I’ve only ever had great experiences at Braids by Bah! They always answer my calls and answer my many many questions. I called on a Friday wanting a next day appointment and they happily accommodated me. It is a very busy salon - but at the same time they work quickly to get you in and out in a timely manner. Another thing that I love is that they aren’t all about money like some places are. They will let you know if a style that you want won’t work for your hair - I appreciate that as some salons will do it anyway and let your hair fall out, not look right, or whatever the case may be. Prices are very reasonable and my hair has always been extremely neat. I will definitely continue to support!
