I went to Z for the first time yesterday. This appointment was one for the books! Her booking site clearly stated that she provides the hair. But I have colored hair and I call myself helping out by purchasing hair myself and not reaching out to her. Of course I got the wrong length hair. She so patiently and thoroughly explained why my hair wouldn’t work. So we went to the beauty supply to get what was needed. On the way to the car, I tripped and fell. She was concerned about me in that moment and throughout the day. Even helped nurse my wound!!!! How can she be wrong about anything after that?! Lol! Let’s talk about this hair…. Quick hands!! This is my second time using her for my hair install and this was my worst experience. I paid $235 for basically a crochet style she did on me; however she was supposed to do distressed faux locs (overpaid!!!). Attached is the pic she sent me of the style she was supposed to do on my hair (lady sitting in chair). The style she did on my hair are the other pics….horrible!!!!

This was my first time booking with Ms. Z. I got the Alicia Keys braids that have been trending lately. Before booking the appointment, I Messaged Miss Z before booking to confirm pricing and she was quick with responding back and let me know the pricing. Her website is also very easy to follow. At the appointment, she worked quickly and my hair was done between 2 to 3 hours which I feel is good timing for the style that I got. Parts were very neat and she does not braid extremely tight. Overall I love my hair. She was very friendly and I had a great experience getting my hair done. I also asked her if she did hair for people with alopecia as my mom has alopecia and she wanted to possibly book an app, she does do hair for people with alopecia or any hair loss so definitely don’t hesitate t

I was so happy I came across this Beauty Parlor. I have been struggling to find someone that does a good job and is reliable. I called Z and she was able to book appointments for me and my 2 daughters for the same day. We were all very please with the way our hair came out. She was very quick and pleasant. We will definitely be back and recommend checking her out.
