I'm obsessed with my braids! Leslie the entire team is so welcoming and nice to me. The studio is always spotless, which speaks volumes about their attention to detail. I've been loyal since the first location, and one thing's for sure , I'm not going anywhere else! Highly recommend.

My service was XS knotless braids. I went to get services on September 11th, 2025 and took the braids down on September 18th, 2025. The owner did XS in the top with minimum hair, which looked great. The other workers did the back off my hair and it completely looks different. They rushed through my head and handled my head roughly. I had to keep stopping them. The braids are too heavy. I contacted the owner. She gave me the ok to come to her shop to show her but when I got there, she wasn’t there. The other ladies looked at it and talked in their native language and were giggling. The shop is also very nasty. Trash is everywhere, which includes braiding hair packages on the floor, piles of trash on the way to the restroom, and the restroom sink was full of mess as well. I had a disappointing experience at my recent braiding appointment. I booked for bob-length boho braids, but when I arrived, they told me the wavy human hair I brought wasn’t suitable—even though the service description didn’t mention anything like that. They suggested mid-length, showed me how long that would be, and I agreed. During the braiding, I noticed the length was creeping past what we agreed to. I asked to keep it mid-back, but they kept going until it was butt-length—far beyond what I wanted. Despite me never asking for it, they charged me extra for the longer length. While the braids themselves look neat and pretty, the customer service was awful. Like other reviewers have said, they were rude and unprofessional. To the owner, Your response doesn’t make any sense. I walked in the shop, the lady told me the price was $350 for XS when I got there. You sound like a fool!!! Do you think I should have paid more for the ugly braids? I paid what they told me to pay. Once again, the braids are ugly, look old within a week, and the size is not consistent. I asked you to take my hair down and you said you needed to see them. I came by your shop and you and the other lady were giggling as if the ugly braids were funny. I paid to get this mess taken down. Thankfully your team didn’t try to charge $470 because they knew they were not going to do them right.
