I paid 230 for mid back. I called before hand and told her I wanted my braids to be thicker and even when I arrived I showed her a picture of the hair I wanted . I never showed a braider a picture and got the exact opposite which I received today . I told her if she needs more hair I’ll pay but she insisted she could do it . Before doing my hair she was complaining about all the bookings she had and the previous client hair. Non of that had anything to do with me I paid for a service and was very verbal about what I wanted . She rushed my hair and made it very skinny . She only used two bags of hair in my head and I told her I have a big head so I want a full look but she wanted me out the chair for the next customer . I booked for medium braids and she kept telling me she only does small

I had an amazing experience at Braid Girl Beauty Salon! I was traveling through San Antonio and needed a last-minute appointment for an event. The owner was incredibly professional and accommodating, fitting me in on the spot. She listened carefully to what I wanted and recreated my hair exactly like my inspiration picture. I was so impressed with her skill and attention to detail. When I’m back in the San Antonio area, I’ll definitely be booking another appointment. Highly recommend!

The best hair service I’ve received in San Antonio yet. BraidGirl is so kind and takes her time with your service. The quality is absolutely amazing. I got a sew-in over a week ago and it still looks like when I first left the salon. I 10/10 recommend her for your Braids, sew-ins, or quick weaves.

Marie is a braid genius; first, I just told her what color I thought my daughter’s hair was, & she correctly told me the color of curly hair to get, sight unseen. Second, when we got there, she seemed to know EXACTLY how my daughter wanted her hair to look; we never gave specifics, & it’s perfect. We picked BraidGirl Salon based on reviews, & so happy we did. As a mom, I could not have asked for a better first braiding experience for my child, thank you Marie!

I’m so happy with how my braids turned out! Marie did an amazing job – the parts were super neat, the braids are just the right size, and they feel secure but not too tight. She was friendly, professional, and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. I’ve already gotten so many compliments! I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend her to anyone looking for quality braids done right. 💯
