That alone should have been my sign to go elsewhere. Her response? “It’s on Instagram.” I told her I don’t have Instagram, so I literally couldn’t access anything. I had to double text just to get a link. At that point I was already turned off and decided not to book. Fast forward a few weeks — my birthday is March 20th and I wanted my hair done right. Against my better judgment, I reached out again. I sent detailed pictures of my current hair, exactly what I wanted, and explained everything clearly. I asked how to book.
