Miracle worker! I had an appointment for the 12th of January yet decided to call in this morning for availability. There was room for me to arrive today so I drove there immediately! Cammi, was the hairstylist that completed my hair within twenty-five minutes of my arrival. I originally requested cornrows yet upon seeing the photos on the wall I decided for a braid style. Cammi, asked for a photo for reference so I Googled a man’s style. She was able to replicate the style completely! My hair was short so she added extensions to blend it in and honestly I love this! I highly recommend this place and you will see me in here every chance I can get!

DO NOT GO HERE! 5 Inches of my hair cut off during a takedown service. I am coming back to share my review again because of the extremely unprofessional response that was given to my review. Yes, I can prove that I did not cut my own hair before I came to your salon just to get a takedown for a crochet style. I came in with a full head of curly crochet hair. I have photos of what you did and you also refunded my money because you know what you did wrong. You did not ask me any questions about my install. You did not even examine my head before you started cutting. When I informed you that I had braids hanging down in the back, your response was “I CAN SEE BETTER THEN YOU”. Then proceeded to chop my hair off because you had another client and you were running back-and-forth from me to that

When you walk in you’re greeted and treated like y’all known each other for a long time. They take the time and patience to analyze what you want. Even help give tips that will better your style and improve your look. They know how to help you make your style last a long time. And are gentle to the touch while working on your hair. They are caring and loving. You can feel the warmth of kindness as they speak to you. They’re funny and family oriented. I don’t see myself going to any other place. Braid by Braid is the spot in Irving you should be getting your hair done at. Patience knows what you want. Put your trust into her, and you will not regret it! Sonia also was great help!! I stepped in here one afternoon around noon, she stated they accept walk ins anytime, and can do any style. I started showing her kid hairstyles. They wanted to charge $150 , $200, $220 , and to me for a kid hairstyle that is just to much money. So I showed her an example picture (the 1st one) . The last pictures is how my daughter hair turned out. Instead of being rude (I picked her up at 7 something pm) I requested the money back on cash app. I did try requesting partial , but cash app wouldn’t let me. I sent a text the following morning requesting partial. She calls and says because my daughter did not have a perm it did not turn out right. If you can do any style, a perm should not matter. My daughter hair has been way neater than this. Then she tried to call me broke 😂, I’m not payin

My first time coming here and it most definitely will not be my last. This was by far THE BEST experience I could’ve ever had coming to get my hair braided. Everyone here was friendly, very funny lol and down to earth. Not to mention my braider started on my hair at 11 am and was done by 1:45 pm. AMAZING!!!! I will for sure be a regular customer. I LOVE LOVE LOVE how my braids turned out!!! 💕
