Braid Action

Came here for the 1st time and had a wonderful experience. Daba and her sister were very welcoming and moved fast. I came at 4pm and left by 10pm. If you want fast beat work COME HERE!!

Astou and another woman did micro braids for me in less than 3 hours! Astou gave me a discount without me even asking for one because my sides are shaved off. They were fast, courteous, and professional! We all wore masks the entire time for Covid safety. I found the shop on Google and they were able to take me the same day, most likely only because the weather was so bad (icy roads). I will definitely be back and I 100% recommend this shop!

I went there do my braids. My appointment was at 10, I had gone there after 10 but had left my hair extensions. I told her I would back, that I would go back to go get the extensions. I came back and she was doing someone else's hair, when my appointment was at 10, and I said I would be back. She said she thought I wasn't coming back, no call or text to find out where I was or if I was or not. And then she asked if I could come tomorrow, like be so for real. Unprofessional

TERRIBLE. . My appt was at10am she came 45min later & did not greet or apologize to me; just sat me down and got started. When she was done I asked her how much & she quoted the same price discussed when I booked my 10am appt. I questioned the price because I'd figured she would give me a lil discount since I stood outside in the heat while being attacked by Flys and the horrible smell of pee for 45min. This lady had the audacity to tell me "This is the price & if I lose a costmer for being late so be it.". Wow..I have been going to salons all my life & I have experience stylist being late (stuff happens) but I have never experienced a stylist with that type of attitude.

I've been there twice. The first time I went I had a short patch in my hair (grippable even by me) and she got irritated and out a braid in the middle if the patch and left the rest of the hair out all around it. I guess she thought I wouldn't notice 🙄. The second time ( which should have never happened) was out of desperation and They did sub par work on my hair. They didn't even bother to tuck the ends. They talked about me in 3 different languages while I was there because they didn't think I would understand them. If you wasnt quality care free work done on your hair, they are not the ones to do it.
