Brady Sullivan Plaza

I believe that the plaza is the bottom part of the building with the businesses located within. I have been inside the plaza and building. It is very nice inside with space to move around. Brady Sullivan Plaza is listed as being inside Hampshire Plaza on Google Maps. Update: June 2025; A few of the old businesses have moved or closed. The Works Cafe has opened a franchise here. It is worth a visit. The outside plaza looks good 👍 in the Spring 🌱 and Summer 🌞. If the plaza includes businesses that are located inside, I have visited the US Post Office and it is very convenient. It has P.O BOXES!

This is an amazing place to live! The apartments and amenities are outstanding and top of the line. But what really makes it feel like home is the incredible team of people who keep this property functioning, maintained and secure. Even though the rent is a bit steep, there is constant on-going construction and the ratio of staff to occupants isn’t really what it should be - living here is well worth it. The team of leasing agents are so amazing, helpful, friendly and efficient it’s unbelievable. The security guards watch and walk the grounds and it makes me feel safe and comfortable even though we live right in the heart of downtown. They were closed 10 minutes before they were supposed to be and I had a very important package and I made it there 10 minutes before they closed from work I don’t understand why it says they close at 6:30 and then lock the doors at 6:20 or even before that because I was there at 6:20 and they were already locked
