I have never experienced a Asian/Chinese person with a attitude until today. I went into this store to return an item and she looked at me with disgust and asked me what is that? In the nastiest tone for no reason. As many beauty supply stores as there are on Elvis Presley Blvd., I will go to those. If you want good service and nice/pleasant employees, DON'T GO TO THIS BEAUTY SUPPLY STORE !!

That front lady with short red hair is RUDE I believe her name is Alicia I've been going to same store for years and always run to her. She needs to stop using earbubs that's why she can't hear customer when asking for help!!! She fights with customers for no reason she needs to chill or you the manager needs to fire her or tell her And a while back she doesn't say the total cost i asked how much and she taps harshly to the screen saying look! Here!! And if you're buying a nail clippers there be careful!!! The same worker lady grabs one of the nail clippers clips her nail and puts it right in the bucket!! Yuck!!!I miss the girls that use to work there i won't be coming back until the manager speaks about this and it will be fixed

It's a lady with a short brown orange. looking bobin the store. When I came in. I spoke to everybody, they spoke back. I started shopping for pack right there in the front.By the register, the lady kept jumping up on the counter. Trying to look over at me. I said ma'am, I don't steal and she was like, let me hold your purse, and I was like, uh, no, you're not holding my purse. She grabbed the keys and start following me around the store, and then I told her I said, if you think the color of my skin makes me a thief, let me know now and you don't have to follow me. I'll leave then she called guy.Which was named Miguel, he comes up.He didn't get in it.He just listened to what happened.He wasn't rude.He was very nice.Maybe this is just what she so and he's used to it.
