I worked with Amy to help me with the tour, move in and she was amazing! She answered all the questions I asked in a timely manner and was extremely helpful and kind. I am in love with my new office space it has a beautiful view and the property is clean and has a great peaceful atmosphere.

If I had the ability to give this company 0 stars I would. From the lack of safety to management team's unresponsiveness, there isn't a single part of my experience I'd recommend. The best part? I cancelled my lease MONTHS ago and have been continued to be billed monthly. I've reached out to the property and HQ without a single response. Beware: the low monthly rent might seem tempting, but you'll pay for it later on!

I was wrongfully locked out of my office for 10 days. My client called me from my office and ask did I move. That is how I found out that I was locked out wrongfully. I paid my rent and went to the office in North Dallas and provided proof and still no solutions offered regarding the 10 that I was unable to use my office space. They knew they were wrong for locking me out, because they removed the lockout fees they accessed. What about compensation for those 10 days I was wrongfully locked out and still was charged rent. Rating has been adjusted (from five stars for Jaime the building engineer to two stars). This is for 8204 Elmbrook Dr, Dallas We were very happy when we moved into the space. Good value and location. After year two it went all downhill. Security needed during all hours but not there ... lots of weird people loitering. Atrium with water feature covered up with artificial turf. Daily maintenance was lacking. Our staff was constantly issuing temperature adjustments for systems that needed repair. We needed to remind management to replace air filters. Staff would have allergy issues = filters dirty. Plumbing issues were a problem. Our suite had a drop ceiling to the exterior roof so leaking would occur and roofers never could figure out the issues. It was not that Boxer Properties

I paid my rent in the allotted time frame. So tell me, if Boxer Properties is stern on their contract, then why was I locked out of my office for 10 days & never charged a lockout fee. Did Boxer Properties notice their error? FYI, once Boxer Properties charge a lockout fee, they never forgive it. They don't give their tenants compensation. Due to this, my business suffered embarrassment, which can cause my co. to suffer monetary losses. What's your resolution, because an apology is too late?
