Boxer Property : 2310 Parklake Drive

The appearance of the office space is very nice BUT NEVER RENT OFFICE SPACE IN THIS BUILDING. We have been involved in a lawsuit with the Boxer Property Management for over 2 years (2018-2020) regarding the conditions in the suite. They are in denial that there is a problem even though we have hundreds of thousands of temperature measurements over the last 2 years proving there is a problem. The temperature range in the summer is usually 78-85°F and when it is cold outside it is between 60-68 degrees. It is highly dependent on whether it is a sunny day outside because the sun on the east side of the building significantly influences the temperature in the suite. I have been renting an office space here in the 2302 Parklake building for 8months. They promise you wifi but wifi does not work and the building does not have cable outlets for you to get your own wifi. You have to get a hotspot service to be able to do any work here. For the amount of rent you pay for a small office space, it is ridiculous that they don't provide free high speed internet for their tenants. Your property manager will also not respond to your emails and calls go the voicemail. So you basically have to drive up to the office anytime you have an issue. I'm really disappointed with this management company and want out of this lease asap.

We have been at this location for several years and recently worked with the landlord to remodel our suite and stay for another 6 years. Pleased to be here. They are responsive to requests and express care for their tenant's well-being and satisfaction. Kudos to Lisa Garrison and Jeffrey Gruen.
