Boxer Property : 2295 Parklake Drive

Leasing through Boxer was one of the biggest headaches in our 20+ years of business. The leasing agent Eric was friendly but once we actually moved in, it was evident that Boxer does not take care of their properties. In the 1.5y we spent there, they refused to wash the floor-to-ceiling windows in our suite (we toured on a rainy day and the windows were one of the reasons we selected this space - see images of grime on external surface). The windows were atrocious but at least that didn't prevent us from using the office. THEN it became abundantly clear that only one of their elevators "work" - in quotes because the "operational" elevator broke down constantly, sometimes daily or multiple times of day, sometimes with people trapped inside. I so regret leasing from Boxer. They are unfortunately not a reputable company. As mental health providers, with over 20 years of clients trusting us to help them deal with anxiety, depression, trauma and other sensitive issues, we could not have our clients and staff continuing to get stuck in the elevator that kept breaking down (soon after we moved in). There was no concern or remedy from this company when we could literally not do our business and they are aggressively seeking to exploit the lease. Their only concern is getting your money, sadly. If you are a small business I would stay away.

We had a terrible experience at this property and do not recommend you lease from Boxer. The elevator in the building was breaking down constantly. People were stuck in it frequently. We had to cancel appointments we had because the 4th floor was only accessible via stairs. We were forced after months of this to move out, and Boxer refused to let us let us terminate lease. They claimed a plan to modernize the elevator "within a year" was a reasonable remedy. It didn't matter that people were constantly getting stuck in the elevator NOW. They "fixed it within days" every time-- They refused to let us out of our lease when we couldn't continue to do business in the building under those circumstances. DO NOT lease from BOXER!

We have been tenants in this office park for almost 20 years through numerous landlords and property owners. Boxer acquired the property about 5 years ago and immediately began making much needed improvements to the property that had been neglected by previous owners. Many long-vacant suites have been filled by professional organizations and the overall environment has greatly improved. Boxer has been easy to work with and responsive to our needs as a tenant. Eric Piazza is great to work with.

I have been a tenant at 2295 Parklake Dr since 2015. Out of all the Leasing reps, Eric Piazza is the best Leasing Rep. He listens to the tenants and work to put them in the space that meets the tenant's need. I would recommend this property to others.
