Absolutely love this salon!! I drive 35 minutes to come back. Everyone is friendly and wonderful. My acrylic nails don’t lift, which is a miracle for me!

They charged me $55 for my 8 year old GEL X nails. They also charged me $60 for nail design on my 8 year old nails. Total $115 for an 8 year old nails. They do not discuss prices prior to start of service. They will black mail you and you must pay the ridiculous prices they input in their tablet. I stood at the counter waiting to check out. He took the tablet, typed in these prices, then proceeded to give the made up prices to the receptionist to collect payment. Absolutely ridiculous prices. Will never return.

The first time I went here, I was extremely shy and didn't communicate well with the person doing my nails. On my way out, the receptionist stopped me and noticed that my nails weren't what I had explained at the beginning. I told her I didn't want to fuss. She stopped me and made extra sure I got what I wanted. At the time, I was embarrassed, but I'm glad she did. I left with the design I wanted, and I received so many compliments on my nails. I went back today, more confident, and again got exactly what I wanted, exactly how I wanted it. I love my nails, and I very much enjoyed the camaraderie between the employees and customers. Honestly I'm not one to write reviews but I feel like I should. I've given this place so many chances because it's close to home and so convenient but honestly the quality of the services rendered are not great. No attention to detail, there's acrylic ON my cuticles and my nails are crooked and lifting within a few days of having them on. I work hard for the money I earn so that I'm able to pamper myself with things like this and I'm not happy with the end result; it's also on the pricier side. Additional fees are added for any extra service for example: cutting down acrylics. It's a simple bur to nail adjustment. I hope the owner pays more attention to the work being done in his salon especially with the prices that are charged.

Love this place. Staff is friendly and accommodating. I have used almost everyone for nails, and have always had a great experience. I love Kenny and Sylvia for nails. Pedicures are always amazing, so I use whoever is available.. They are the best in the area.
