I started going here in April 2025 after spending nearly six months traveling off-island to a well-known medical spa for monthly facials. Between the ferry tickets, long drives, and expensive treatments, I had invested a lot — and yet my skin wasn’t improving. Best facial on the island! I have been going to Rachel at Botanical Beauty since they opened. It has been a wonderful experience each time. She customizes each facial to my skins needs at the time of the appointment. I love all of the products she sells and know that the companies have been vetted by her. Rachel is amazing Her facials are absolutely the best. And curated for your own skin. If you have had facials elsewhere great. But won’t compare to the facial you will get on the biomat at Bitanical beauty in a cozy room and in a comforting atmosphere. The shop is equally excellent filled with products for your skin that are very specialized and made with very natural ingredient.
