I want to give a shout out to this store because I think the negative reviews are undeserved. I’ve never dyed my hair myself before and the women working there were so helpful and kind! My roots came out great!!! Thank you for the recommendations and tips!!! I Will be back for more product.

The women in the store are so helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. I have gotten mainly hair, nails, and wax from Boston Beauty. I've never had a make over and I'm so glad Alicia, Jen, and Lori has helped me. I love the bodyglow products. I've learned how to apply the make-up and having the proper brushes makes a big difference. TY

I went into Boston Beauty with not knowing what I needed to dye my stubborn roots well I was treated like a queen Alicia who helped me was top notch she took her time with everything I needed she was very friendly it was a very nice first experience going to Boston Beauty Will be back for sure

There is the only licensed hairdresser that work there and she was having personal problems so she was extremely rude. So I left without buying a thing and went to Sally Beauty Supply. That woman needs to leave her personal problems at home or call in sick. I wish I had the option of giving zero Stars
