Hands down the best salon in Phoenix. Eric, the owner and my longtime stylist, is absolutely incredible. He always knows exactly what my hair needs and I leave feeling amazing every single time. Rachael is also fantastic! She is absolutely the best for waxing, lashes and brows. She so sweet, professional, and makes you feel totally at ease. The entire team at Boss Salon is welcoming and fun — it’s always such a great experience from start to finish. I absolutely love Boss Salon!! I have been going there ever since we moved to Scottsdale five years ago! Rachael does an amazing job on my eyebrows…the best esthetician I have ever had! From her expertise in shaping the brow to her super effective waxing process that doesn’t have new growth in days, my eyebrows are the best they have looked in years (which is a feat in itself, as the last place I went really did a number on them). Rachael is also incredibly sweet and always flexible if I have an unforeseen issue that requires me to reschedule. Eric is also amazing! Rachel is a total pro with waxing (fast, makes you feel comfortable, and somehow makes it painless). Emily works magic with my hair every single time and I leave feeling so refreshed. BOSS Salon & their crew is the best in the biz! I've been getting my haircut by Emily Chelgren for many years, and every single time I leave feeling fresh and fabulous! Honestly, I would trust anyone here. Eric Tuvale (the owner) has really built something special. Both him, Emily, and Lori always have happy clients in their chairs- the talent is real. My brows always love a wax date with Rachael. I used to go to EWC, but after one wax with Rachael I was hooked. Her hands are gentle, her technique is basically magic and she truly takes her time and cares. The salon itself is super chic with a great vibe. Whether you need hair, nail or wax services, they do it all. 10/10 recommend the Boss Salon.

I was scheduled for my first appointment with stylist Taylor. I incredibly impressed by how friendly and personable she was! She really listened to what I was wanting to and helped me tailor my cut, color, style, and extensions based on my needs and lifestyle. I am a brain cancer survivor and have had issues with regaining my hair fullness and volume ever since I had chemo. Taylor was well informed and educated me on how extensions could help me get my fullness, length, and volume back. During the install she walked me through the entire process, took the time to explain how to take care of the extensions to ensure I get the most out of my purchase, and discussed best ways to style my hair based on my individual needs. I am sooo happy with the final results of the extensions!
