Would give zero stars if I could, this salon is incredibly unprofessional. The stylist with blue/purple hair is constantly yelling at the customers, to the point some walk out, it extremely uncomfortable. They make fun of a persons gender identity and the manager Heather turns a blind eye, and laughs it off. I have witnessed this behaviour with my own eyes. Stay away. They can’t even cut hair properly on top of the Inappropriate behaviour. I am appalled at how this salon is conducted. The manager Heather needs to do better, she should be embarrassed.

This place refused to let me use the bathroom when I was in desperate need for one. They said it’s only for their customers. I didn’t know I had to pay for simply receiving a human right. This is very upsetting as this reason does not make any sense. I know that many people bring loved ones to this place and to deny them access to the bathroom is pretty heartless.

The lady named Cathy being a senior has to learn some business ethics and how to talk to the clients she’s very rude We booked an appointment with them. I had a time for the root touchup with KELLY and when we got on site, they said they never wrote it down and we have to wait or reschedule it. We drove an hour away to get our appointment done, but they were negligent.

Heather is a fanistic styles love the way she cuts my hair always very satisfied.

I’m not one to leave negative reviews though I’m still distraught over a haircut I received here a month ago. Asked the stylist for a trim, she proceeded to dry cut about 4 inches off my hair - much shorter than we agreed on prior. She kept insisting “it’s just a little bit, i’m just cutting all the damage” so I trusted the process and ended up wanting to cry by the time it was done. Even if her intentions were good, this was NOT a length I would’ve agreed to. My ends turned out so uneven that when my regular hair stylist saw me just a week later for a root touch up (booked soon after since I was so upset), she offered to even them for free.
