Melanie was fantastic. This was my first time here and I was greeted by Glendy, I was nervous but she reassured me all will be well. She scheduled me for an appointment. I then was seated for my service and Melanie listened to all my concerns. She was so sweet and after seeing how she handled me explaining what I want. I trusted her. And God am I Glad I did. The service I got was my brows threaded and Henna- I LOVE THEM and I will be back. Thank you so much for you hospitality and your patience. The space is also beautiful and very clean. Parking is easy. As you can see from below. My brows had no shape lol and now they look great! I’m very particular when it comes to the shape and look of my eyebrows so I was very nervous to do anything to them. Luckily Melanie, welcomed me in so kindly and I was able to talk to her about my concerns and things I wanted. She was very patient and reassured me through the whole process. She maintained very good professionalism as well. I absolutely and IN LOVE with my eyebrows. I got the eyebrow lamination and tint. The tint faded perfectly! I will be coming back !

This is my second time coming here. Sam did my lashes, she was awesome and very patient. My lashes came out amazing. Ashley suggested the lashes and her recommendations were exactly what I wanted. Definitely would book Sam or Ashley for any of your needs !

Ok so i went and had my eyebrows done over the weekend. I posted pictures and i thought maybe i was over reacting. No… i was not. I literally have 2 different shape eyebrows on my face. Liberty was the girl who did my brows. I waited 3 months until i got them done again. Because i wasn't able to go to my regular lady. Lesson learned. This will never happen again. Then instead of being understanding and owning up to doing to thin and different , she says well your hair was sparce. Like its my fault you messed up! SMH!! Anyways, So then why make it thinner. I told her exactly how i wanted it. Such a nice place, id train these girls a little more. I couldve messed my own brows for FREE! This is the second review because my first one from the day of was deleted!

I have been using boom brows for years Elsa and Walter are amazing!! I get my lashes done and get so many compliments all the time and they last for weeks as well. Every location is clean and the techs are very professional and I highly recommend anyone that is trained by boom brows!!!
