Customer service was fine, but the products are straight-up trash. The cluster lashes fell apart immediately, and the bows and tooth comb didn’t even last a couple of days. Honestly, Dollar Tree has better quality than this. Total waste of money. Update: I went to the Boom Boom store in Greenville on Laurens Rd and the difference is embarrassing. Better service, better quality, better prices. I got MORE clusters for the same price and not a single one has fallen apart. If you’re a business owner selling cheap, flimsy products, that means you don’t care about quality at all—just the money you can get out of customers.

I have been coming here for years. This is the last time I will ever be back. While in the store your employees were making comments rudely towards us while other customers were in the store. On a previous visit a lady accused my friend of stealing. When she realized my friend didn’t take anything she sat there looking mad, didn’t apologize at all. I have spend a lot of money here and genuinely loved your products. This last visit I felt very uncomfortable and disappointed. We will not be back. I would encourage everyone to go anywhere else. Thank You.

Really nice lady with the braces was helpful and kind. The cashier was also very nice and helpful with inquiries. As long as service like that is a constant I’ll be back !

I was forced into paying for a wig that ripped when I put it on. They called the police tried to get me arrested cuz I was NOT gonna pay for a style of wig I didn't ask for and then it ripped and obviously bad quality product. Continued to put it on to see the length and hair texture on me and that's whe it ripped. Ripped down the middle of a deep part and the lace came completely off the front. I been trespassed so I cant go there or contact them...but I can leave a review of their shitty store, bad product and my experience in a review. The girl helping me with wigs sounded like she didn't know what she was doing. This photo i am posting is from a few pieces of the hair that came off the wig. I cannot shop in peace without having the same person asking me constantly if there’s something I’m looking for in particular. I get the one time at the door, but the entire time while I’m trying to shop is unnecessary and honestly uncomfortable. Eyes are constantly on me the entire time. It makes me feel like what I’m doing is wrong. You cannot go here to comfortably shop at all. I like to look on every aisle and sometimes double back if there’s something I’m contemplating buying, but when I’m being constantly bothered and stared at it makes me not want to shop here. It’s almost like they’re wanting to catch you stealing or something. Like stealing your merchandise is the last thing on my mind.
