Bonjour Nail Spa

The salon is nice and clean, and the owners are very kind. This was my second visit. Loan does a great job with pedicures, and this time I also tried getting my nails done. I wasn’t happy with how they looked, but the owner assured me they would fix them, so I came back the next day. The process of fixing them was uncomfortable. The nail tech who first did my nails kept going back and forth, speaking with the owner in another language right in front of me. When I asked if everything was okay, they answered “yes,” but gave no explanation. After it happened a few times, they were talking about me, which made me very uncomfortable. I understand language barriers, but for good customer service, it would help to simply explain what’s going on instead of leaving the customer feeling excluded.

This place is wonderful! Rose was amazing with the nail art and so gentle. Highly recommend!! Price for both full set and pedicure was not bad either :)

Hanie did an absolutely stunning job on my nails today! I choose some crazy girl pink and she’s was great with it! They’re so straight and just wow! Go see her asap, (also amazing pricing)! She’s is so kind, thank you Hanie!

Paid 120 for me and my friends pedicure yesterday and there was a piece of towel in my polish. My French design was also different lengths on every toe. I tried to tell the lady but she just said her English is bad and her friend agreed 🤦‍♀️. As for my friend they made fun of her unshaved legs and her pinky toe that got tore off. Do not recommend and I will not be going back.

I had a wonderful experience at Bonjour Nail salon and it was my first time visiting. My sister went there last week and was extremely happy w her service. I didn’t have an appointment; I figured a mid-day attempt on a Wednesday would be fine, and it was. I waited less than 20 minutes to be seen. Son completed my basic mani/pedi today and I was very happy w his customer service. The business was clean and peaceful. I’ll definitely be returning.
