I recently went to this salon as a hair emergency. I actually saw the reviews of people saying there hair smelled burned, and went anyway. All they did was wash, and blow-dry my hair. no flat -iron, or anything. I told them I just wanted my hair blow-dried. I went 3 weeks ago, and my hair still smells horrible. My hair smells so bad, that I cant stand it. I feel like the smell is so overpowering, and embarrassing. I will try baking soda later on today to see if that helps. I saw some reviews saying it does. I feel like the blow drier they use is too hot, or maybe they don't use the proper hair care for heat. I have no idea. I've blow-dried my hair plenty of times, and it never smelled like that before. I got my hair washed, blow dried and flat ironed it smelled like burnt hair after but i thought it was just from getting it flat ironed. After wearing it like that for a week and a half almost I washed it. Once I washed my hair it smelled like burnt hair still after 4 washes. And my Hair is literally falling out- full strands.

It took 3 hours to curl my hair & blow dry it. They were extremely loud & not considerate of the virus nor wore masks. I won’t be coming back again. They care more about talking than finishing their clients hair.
