Natalia was incredibly warm and welcoming, making me feel comfortable right away. Every staff member was professional, attentive, and clearly knowledgeable about their services. They took the time to listen to my needs and delivered exceptional care with great attention to detail. This spa truly goes above and beyond in both service and atmosphere. Everyone was so friendly and kind. It’s a very welcoming atmosphere. Dr. Freeley was lovely and easy to talk to. It was my first time here and I’ll definitely go back again! I had Botox done and was able to use a new client offer on pricing.

They have one of the nicest, well stocked complimentary refreshments bar I’ve ever enjoyed!! The treatment rooms are clean and well lighted. Both Natalie and Dr Freeley worked together during my entire visit, Sculpting the very look I was seeking and never once urged me to do more or buy more! I was also very impressed with their prices, as well as all the great deals offered during the holidays. I’m truly looking forward to the next appointment. They listened and explained the G-Switch laser lower eyeliner tattoo removal. Both Natalia and Dr. Freeley were excellent. I felt well taken care of and the procedure started the "clean-up" process of a former bad tech. I would recommend to others who are looking for safety & professional support.
