Made an appointment on Saturday that was pushed back to Sunday, which was understandable because of the weather. I proceeded to show up Sunday to the building closed and never heard anything back after a series of text messages and calls. I proceeded to reschedule for Thursday because things happen and I get it. The appointment was confirmed then canceled two hours prior on the day off. Don’t book unless you like disappointment and wasting $10

I’ve been looking for a new stylist for my son’s dreads because I’m new in town and I must say I found another gem. Mrs Bonita is very good with children. She made my son feel very comfortable and on top of that she renewed his dreads and brought them back to life. His hair looked amazing !! She’s very professional and you can tell doing hair is her first love. You will not be disappointed.

Booked appointment, paid $10 deposit and she approved it the next day. She then canceled the appointment 2 hours beforehand and will not refund the deposit. Would give 0 stars if I could. Do not send her any money!

Made an appointment where I had to sign a contract. I signed on 8.26 and the appointment was confirmed for 9.5.22 at 1 PM. Today, I go to my appointment and she is not there. Called her phone voicemail not activated. Sent text message to the number on the confirmation page and no response. I drove a long way and wasted my gas for this appointment to have to this person no show. No communication at all. The barber that was there said he hadn't heard from her all week so that means she either out of town or sick. That is not my concern. Overall, this was past the point of unprofessional. It seems no one out here is reliable that I met so far

Confirmed appointment, then texted to confirm, couldn’t contact day of appointment, and still was ghosted. Wasted my time, sat in the shop almost 45 mins after my appointment was scheduled and she didn’t show. Very unprofessional, no communication. Does decent locs when you can get in tho
