I have been here many times before! The girl I usually see was not working! I could see that the current worker was working on a hairstyle for another client! She graciously took a break from styling the girl’s hair to thread my eyebrows! I would not have been upset if she had just told me she was booked! However she confidently took on my brows! I explained that my brows are unique and even showed her how! She was very confident that she could work with them! I trusted her because of her confidence! I specifically said “medium.” I said, “clean it up please! Not thin but more medium!” I said, “if you can work with them, please try to arch!” She said she could do it! I laid back and let her work! I’ve gotten my eyebrows threaded twice from here with two different ladies and every time they leave some hairs unthreaded. Even now I have a stubble when other salons I’ve been to get every hair. They also use a thread that makes the threading process hurt more than anywhere else I’ve been. It is definitely not worth $15 and they also require a tip at the end even if you didn’t like the service. I was forced to give $2 for the terrible service I received today. I HIGHLY do not recommend getting your eyebrows done here, any place is better than this one.

Tried a new threader since Signature Brows was closed for Labor Day. The older lady asked if I wanted to keep my shape, I said yes. Instead, she completely reshaped my brows and made them way thinner, and I HATE them. I still paid and left, but I’ll never go back. Highly recommend sticking with Signature Brow Bar!

Love this place. I wait for my lady to be come in. She’s the only person I prefer. Always sweet and concerned about me and my family. Always does a great job.
