Bonez Barber Academy

Soon as i walked into the building , i felt at home. it was positively different then any barber tours i’ve been on in the past. i knew this would be perfect for an aspiring barber like myself to follow and fulfill their dream. Bonez was very informative to any questions i had. i highly recommend !!!

Place is clean and pristine. The instructors are knowledgeable and take their time to show you the proper techniques to be a professional. So excited to be apart of this school. Ten out of ten recommend. Get your skills right to get your hustle up.

I’ve known the owner for about years now, hes the longest “my only barber”that I ever had …I walk out sharp every time , it’s not only just his skills as a barber that has him in the conversation as one of Pittsburghs “top notch” barbers….its his energy , respectfulness , conversations. Professionalism….he cares how you look when you leave his spot !! and this is with his entire crew at both shops…..great atmosphere, they can all cut and got great skills , and it’s clear to see that their attitudes reflect the leadership of Mr.pierce…..AKA bones ….AKA Sonny black ….

I couldn’t recommend this school enough the other barber institutions in this area don’t even compare to the education and professionalism of this establishment highly recommend if you’re looking to pursue your barber education
