I have NEVER been more unsatisfied with my hair than I am today. I have been going to this salon for a couple months and went in today for a root touch up and to have my highlights lightened and toned silver. It had been about 2 months since I had been in the salon and when I arrived the stylist already had my color mixed up. My color had lightened drastically since my last visit and was a reddish brown. The stylist did my root touch up with black hair color and then continued to pull black through my hair. I left the salon with brown, black and muddy grey hair. I expressed my frustration and they stylist stated she could not work me in to her schedule until the following week. When I got home I texted her again and expressed how unhappy I was. She informed me should could get me in a coup
