Extremely disappointed and frustrated. Do not book hair and makeup here if you have an event the same day. I arrived on time (11:30 a.m.) and still had to wait an entire hour before they even started. It took nearly six hours just to do my makeup and simple hair (three braids and curls). When I told them I was running late to my own party, they were dismissive, rude, and moved even slower during checkout. I even apologized for rushing them—though they had promised to have me done on time—and one of the technicians scoffed and said, “You should be sorry.” Completely unprofessional. This isn’t my first bad experience here either. Both visits were painfully slow, and to top it off, the results were not worth the time or money. I took my daughter in for a service , and while everything came out nice, the overall experience was disappointing. I noticed someone coloring hair who did not appear to be properly licensed, and I did not see any licenses visibly posted as required. The salon was also very dirty, unclean floors and even dead roaches. On top of that, I overheard employees making ugly, unprofessional remarks. Because of the lack of cleanliness and professionalism, I will not be returning.

I had the most incredible experience at Bombshell! They did my hair and makeup for a wedding, and I couldn’t have been happier with the results. From the moment I walked in, the team made me feel welcomed and at ease. The hairstylist was a true artist, creating a stunning look that lasted all day and night. The makeup artist understood exactly the look I wanted and executed it perfectly. The attention to detail and professionalism were top-notch. I received so many compliments, and I owe it all to their amazing skills and talent. Thank you, Bombshell, I highly recommend this salon for any event!

Very unprofessional. Lots of the staff are young and extremely rude. I overheard multiple employees even the OWNERS gossiping about other people. It’s disgusting to see owners speak about other people the way they do.
