First experience was amazing with Erika. I trusted someone else to fix my hair and they fried it a decent amount. Went to Erika and she was able to save my hair from being chopped off a lot. Fast forward like 7 or 8 months I came back and wanted silver. She convinced me to do highlights and not doing all my roots bleached so I didn't destroy my hair. Had to come back so she could tone it more silver since she didn't have enough toners in silver the first time. She was happy that it didn't take as much long as she expected. Which was fine with me. The color was great not exactly what I wanted but my hair can be a pain. So I still enjoyed the look. I get home and braid my hair and notice she missed a huge spot at the back of my head.
