Worst experience ever. The older woman, who appears to be the owner, was extremely rude and disrespectful. I asked for layers without losing length, but she ignored my request and cut it her way. She pulled my hair, used high heat even after I told her not to, and didn’t even show me the final result properly. My earlier eyebrow visit was just as bad — I got rashes afterward. Very unprofessional and still expecting a tip. I would give a negative rating. Avoid this salon.

I recently went to this salon for a haircut, and I was extremely satisfied with my haircut! The staff are extremely skilled, professional, and well trained. I got the haircut as per my wish. I felt that they just pay a great attention to every detail and ensure you leave looking your best. I visited Bombay Salon in Irving yesterday for eyebrow threading and had an extremely disappointing experience. From the beginning, the owner’s behavior was rude and unwelcoming. I specifically asked for eyebrow threading with wax, but she only waxed part of my eyebrows and left several visible hairs untouched. When I politely pointed out the leftover hair and requested that it be cleaned up, she responded in a very dismissive and rude manner, saying, “What leftover hair? Your eyebrow threading is done.” Her tone and attitude made me feel uncomfortable and disrespected, as if she were doing me a favor rather than providing a paid service. Instead of listening to the customer or trying to correct the issue, she argued with me and refused to fix the incomplete work. I was honestly shocked

This was my first time at this salon for haircut and the disappointment started the moment I sat down. I had called ahead to confirm they could do as I ask or if they have any standard haircuts. They said they could do as I asked. It is just a simple textured layer cut with face-framing layers that I wanted. But the stylist—who seemed to be the manager—barely listened and kept repeating, “call it whatever you want, everything is a step cut,” which already made me uneasy. The outcome was worse than I expected. You can’t even call it a step cut—it’s just uneven blocks of hair with no texture at all. To make it even more frustrating, they charged extra for the hair wash and asked extra for blow-dry, almost the same price as the cut itself. Big established salons offer all of this as a package

Last week I went for threading. Meena did it great. While I was paying, some other lady who looks senior of all staff passed a very judgy comment on my hair that it needs to be cut as it is not looking good. If you are promoting your haircut service, promote! there is no need to judge my hair. Life is hard for some people and there wont be any time/energy to take care of beauty. So it’s better if you stop passing hurtful comments. I’m not at your salon to impress you. You cannot insult people like that.
