This place is laid back down to earth and everybody is so I really enjoyed myself here and I will recommend any service coming out of this establishment. Today I was very disappointment in the stylist Shatiqua. Let me start off by even saying she is a great braider, no argument there!! But her professionalism needs some work. I’m a new client, so I’ve only had one appointment , sadly. My first appt was at 9am. I have to schedule time away from work and kids to commit to her, which I am happy to do! But then I get a text that she needed to go get the hair, Delaying my appointment about an hour. At the time I overlooked it. Life happens, You fix it you move on whatever. The rest of the appt was fine and the results were beautiful! .. But now we come to two months later to today’s appointment 8/29/25. Not only have I texted her a month prior reviewing the hair and the style that I wanted, I messaged her yet again, two weeks prior. And then I m

If I could rate it more stars I would!! Louie was my stylist, he gave me a cut, style, and color. He’s very detailed in the steps he takes and cares about clients comfort, asking every step of the way how things were and if I needed anything, he’s a very lively person and an all around joy to be around.

WOULDNT RECOMMEND BOOKING WITH SHATIQUA Very Unprofessional , Talking the whole time on the phone , Had Multiple Other Heads & The Appointment Was Set For 9:00 Am Mind You She Came To The Shop 30-40 Minutes LATE . Was Eating when she got in the shop instead of preparing herself for The appointment!!!! Wanted full payment as if she wasn’t going to take in consideration her being late ! You want clients to respect your time by being there on time or your cancel but arrive at work when you please 👎🏽 . Won’t get another dollar .
