I've been coming here for about 5 years. I can say that the receptionist is always so polite and helps us with whatever questions we have ♡ But it's definitely a hit or miss with the eyebrow ladies you get here. Soni did my eyebrows last time and left them super thick, exactly how I like them!!! I loved it. This time though they put them SOOO far apart. I tried telling her that they were too thin and she said that was just my natural brow & that I could try microblading. Which I don't mind suggestions but I know my eyebrows are thicker than that. & she tries to tell me they weren't... I added a before image of how thick my brows were before. The first images was today and the other was in December. I also put other images so you can see most of the time it is consistent but I get scared go

Sony gave me the best facial I’ve ever had! I used to get regular facials from a popular chain but after getting one from Sony I can say that I’ve had the best facial yet! She was professional, courteous and friendly. Highly recommended her.

My monthly facials with Preet at Bollywood Threading have been truly life-changing! I usually get the microdermabrasion and hydro facial, and every session leaves my skin glowing, smooth, and youthful. It’s amazing how much it helps with dry skin and sun spots. Preet is incredibly talented and so sweet—she always goes above and beyond to make sure I’m relaxed and comfortable, even including a soothing massage that makes the whole experience feel like a spa day. I’ve also had my lashes done here, and they look amazing and last a long time. I love getting them done before special events! I popped in for a quick facial and it was honestly amazing! The whole thing was super relaxing, and my skin felt so clean and fresh right after. Even though it was a short session, it didn’t feel rushed at all — the esthetician really knew what she was doing. My face had that nice glow afterward, and the products smelled so good. Definitely worth it if you need a little self-care but don’t have a ton of time.

Sophi does such a good job at evening out your eyebrows and making you feel comfortable! I love my eyebrows because of how she does them!
