I’ve been coming here for nearly 10 years, and it’s disappointing to say I won’t be returning. Over the years, the most talented brow artists I trusted have continued to leave. It’s frustrating as a loyal customer, especially when those artists were the main reason I stayed. As a perfectionist myself, I don’t feel comfortable allowing just anyone to do my brows. They have had the privilege of having amazing artists, but I have witnessed them being treated poorly. On several occasions I observed interactions between management and staff that felt tense and discouraging. The light seemed to disappear from once bright faces, which was uncomfortable to witness as a customer and often made me feel uneasy in the environment.
