I had such a great experience! This was my first time visiting this location in Pleasanton, and I hadn’t had my nails done in a long time. My nail tech absolutely exceeded my expectations. I’m really happy with how my nails turned out and I’ll definitely be coming back. Just a heads up: it’s better to make an appointment rather than walk in since they’re a bit short-staffed. If you do walk in, be prepared to wait—but honestly, the service is worth it.

I was there for about 2.5 hours for pedi and French shellac/gel mani. Nancy did my pedicure. Did a great job! Would recommend. Tina did my French manicure, shellac. She did a great job! She even fixed a short nail to match the rest. Michelle rang me up and I asked about making one thumb nail a little shorter because I kept tapping my phone with it. If you are looking to get acrylics done go to Tina! Tina is professional and always meets my expectations! She makes sure you are happy through every part of the process and fixes anything you do not like. Tell her exactly what you want and she will always get it right! Bollinger Nails, overall, is a nice and cleanly nail salon and will always fix your nails if something goes wrong. Could not be happier with how my nails come out each time! My mother and I called last minute and we were both able to do Mani Pedis together for mother's day. I haven't been in 10 years and I'm pregnant with my second. The legs massage was AMAZING to say the least and I will be going back for sure!
