Bold Beauty by Sam

Sam is just starting out, but she made me feel super comfortable and was so sweet throughout the appointment. My lashes came out really nice and clean, and I’m happy with how they look. Next time I’ll definitely go a little more dramatic, but overall it was a great experience and I can’t wait to book again!

If there was a minus stars I would have chosen that. After the glue clumped up and had my eyes swollen shut, I contacted Sam. Who said she threw that glue away, when I agreed to allow her to make it right, I never heard from her again. If she wasn't going to make it right she should have refunded my money. What a total waste, lack of follow through. Didn't keep her word, screwed my eyelashes up so bad I have to wait to have someone who is capable to fix her disaster. Unprofessional at BEST!!!
