I’ve been going to Bokka Salon for over five years now, and I truly wouldn’t trust anyone else with my hair. They’re conveniently located near Boca, Parkland, and Coconut Creek, which makes it so convenient. As someone who has been blonde and wearing extensions for over 20 years, I can confidently say finding a stylist who truly understands blonde hair is NOT easy. Toni is incredible. My color always stays fresh, never brassy or orange, and my hair has honestly never looked healthier. She is absolutely amazing with extensions — seamless, natural, and beautifully blended every single time. They use amazing products like Moroccan Oil, and everyone there gives the best blowouts. She is incredible with color, especially blondes, and always delivers beautiful results. She also does my daughter’s extensions, and they look flawless every time. I recently took my daughter to Bokka Salon for a haircut, and unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. My daughter has biracial curly hair, and we specifically chose this salon because the stylist claimed to be a curly hair expert. While she was kind and clearly tried her best, the actual result showed a real lack of skill and technique when it comes to caring for textured hair. As someone who regularly goes to a dedicated curly hair salon myself, I know the level of knowledge and specialized methods needed to properly cut and style curls—especially our type of texture. None of those techniques were used, and the outcome of my daughter’s haircut reflected that. Her curls weren’t shaped well, and the final look was far below what I expected from someone advertising expertise.
