We recently went to Alicia to fix a cut on myself and a cut and color correction on my daughter. Alicia was amazing to work with. She asked all the questions, listened and sat down and explained the hair coloring process and what would work and wouldn't work for my daughter's hair to fix it and keep it looking healthy and beautiful.
