Bad. Bad at assisting customers. Bad at following through with contractual agreements. Bad at resolving issues. Bad at expediting orders (even if a customer pays extra for this). Just bad. There is no accountability. The same issue can (and does) happen time and again, and no one does a thing to change or improve.
