Shawn is an excellent Massage and Manual Therapist, understands the human body well and is happy to help with any type of problem you are experiencing from shoulder and neck pain to sciatica. I highly recommend his brain & body program where you receive manual therapy and then work out with him, it really combines all areas of his expertise! Really gives you a chance to understand what you are doing wrong technique-wise and understand where your weak strain patterns are developing, which is generally where i get myself injured and in trouble. Kudos Shawn for being the best Therapist in Waterloo, Iowa! -Rob

I want to start by saying that I had wrote a very long review describing my entire situation. I decided not to post it because of how long it was. The short and sweet of it is, I was having debilitating sciatica pain from a recent injury. Pain and numbness through my entire leg and foot that was not manageable by injections or prescriptions. I wound up in the ER with so much pain! After many prescriptions at once I was finally able to get out of bed and go to my chiropractor. I have been seeing them regularly for months and other chiropractors for years. I was seeing small but short term improvements. I set up an appointment with Body Works, by recommendation of my chiropractor. I am writing this review three days after my appointment to say that I am taking No prescription pain killer
