Big shout out to Nicole and Katie for a wonderful full body couples message for myself and my husband. It's a yearly Anniversary gift to each other.

LONG BUT NECESSARY I booked a package, it included a lash lift and tint, facial, and gel manicure. I was told as I booked the appointment that it would be $145 plus $10 for acne extractions. I paid $175 ( not including tip). The facial was great, loved it and she did a great job on my lashes as well. However I will never be going back. After my facial I went to get my manicure I arrived and told her that I left a thin layer of acrylic on my nails due to nail growth and health (I filed them down pretty thin so she could paint over with no problems) I explained to her that I needed the acrylic so my nails wouldn’t break and she agreed. ****UPDATE****ive change the rating because the owner reached out to me and has apologized for my services. They brought me in for a redo on my pedicure! Denise did my pedi this time! I loved it! Denise is AMAZING. I found it extremely professional to reach out to me and fix the errors... Bodyworks day spa won't be losing me as a customer after all. They also gave me my cheese and chocolate tray that was included in my original package*** I went for the morning/ afternoon package plus I had added on a facial. Salt scrub, jucuzzi, massage, pedi, facial, snack tray take the spa home gift bag.. I had a new person for my pedicure and I absolutely hated it! First off my nails were uneven, she asked if I wanted them trimmed or cut. I said trimmed and evened up. She barely filed them! She

I am posting here, because their site will not except my response to my experience. I came in, the girl at the desk was rude about my digital gift certificate. Like it was an inconvenience for her bacause it was on my phone. It is a digital gift certificate...... so. Then got sat in the room with the sign about being quiet. And the young girls from up front were going up and down the hall visiting laughing, without a care in the world that anyone else is there to relax. They we obscenely loud. I almost walked out, then the lady came to do my message. Durring my message all I could her was the same loud girls up front. Over the music in the room and through the walls. Worst experience I have ever had. I was so frustrated when I left. I will not be back. I usually come in and buy gift certif

If I could give this spa 10 stars, I would. I did the full day package, with sugar scrub, jacuzzi bath, massage, facial, manicure and pedicure with lunch. Every service was fantastic. The technicians were professional and friendly. The ambience was relaxing, and the rooms were very clean. I live in Manhattan, KS (3.5 hours away) and did this as a birthday trip. Well worth the drive and a great value for the price. Be aware that you cannot book an appointment with a gift card - you must pay for the deposit and then the remainder can be paid with a gift card. Understable but important to know if your plan was to pay for the entire appointment with gift cards.
