Jodie is awesome. I get a ton of massage therapy, and was introduced to Jodie by a mutual friend. I came in for a 90-minute deep tissue, and I must say she’s one of the most knowledgeable and full-scope therapists I’ve had. Just wish I was local - as she’s a real asset to have around here! Her understanding of the body and how things interact is second to none. She modulates her touch and works with all feedback. I feel fantastic and I’m super grateful I got to have a session with her. A true professional, and highly, highly recommended.

Jodie is amazing! Truly. I initially met her for lymphatic massages post a facial laser procedure. I later learned she has a deep skillset with therapeutic/deep tissue massage. She is hands down the best therapeutic massage practitioner I've worked with in all of my various travels around the country/world. I workout and strength train 5 days a and I see Jodie like clockwork every 4 weeks for 2 hours. Foam rolling, stretching, and the Theragun are useful tools for helping keep my body feel less tight and sore. However, they are no replacement or comparison for the deep work and tissue mobilization Jodie is able to accomplish with cupping, physical manipulation, and various other tools.
