This was my first time trying this business. The massage itself was relaxing, and I liked the therapist, but unfortunately none of my tension was actually worked out. I’ll need to go elsewhere for real relief. Still, the session was calming. Where my 2‑star rating comes in is the front desk experience. The young woman working the desk was noticeably rude and not welcoming at all. She seemed annoyed to be helping clients. When I asked for a glass of water, she acted as if it were an inconvenience and expected me to know it was located all the way in the back then planned to send me to get it myself. Received a gift card for this business for Christmas. I booked a 60 minute massage. I needed to cancel my first booking the day of because there was a snow day and I didn't have anyone to watch my child. They agreed to reschedule but I would need to pay another $70 deposit and they would use my initial $70 towards the total cost of the visit. Fast forward to the week of the next booking and I get in a car accident, car is totaled and I'm a mess. The day of my booking I completely forget that I'm supposed to have a massage. The office reaches out to me and I explain the situation. I am aware of their cancelation fee and policy and tell them I understand if I have to pay another deposit. Absolutely unbelievable! Leanna did an amazing job. I have been going to the chiropractor for back pain caused by a rib that popped out and was referred here to get the muscles loosened so my doctor can pop the rib back in and not only did Leanna loosen me up but I'm pretty sure she got the rib back in while doing it too. I feel great and highly recommend her!

Went here for electrolysis for a 30 min appt. I have a lady I always go to but her times didn’t rly work with my new schedule, so I decided to try this place out. The girl was very nice and I was relaxed. Seems like a great area for a massage not electrolysis. It was decent price but we got minimal work done. But what rly is making me write the review is, I was left with scabs on each hair we worked on (it’s not supposed to do that). It’s been a few weeks and MORE (maybe even months) and I still have deep and very noticeable holes (scars) on my face where she worked. Ive been using scar cream but nothing seems to be helping. I love this spa - very relaxing ambience and professional service. I have been there twice and I leave very relaxed and happy with the service. My masseuse (Jenna) advised on what I could do to relax my body a bit more beyond the deep tissue massage I got. They also sell some nice products (oils, beauty products and candles) that I wouldn't mind treating myself or a loved one to.
